Saturdays the 4,11,&18 - 11 - 12 Beginning Knitting $30- learn three different stitch patterns 
Saturdays the 4,11,&18 - 12 - 1 Lace Scarf (intermediate) $30- make an airy scarf with three lace patterns 
Saturdays the 4 & 18 - 4 - 5 Felted Slippers $30 (meets every 2 weeks) Try this popular felted design! 
Sat 11, 25 (& 2 March classes) 4 - 5 Sweater with Set-in Sleeves, $30 (meets every 2 weeks) 
Saturday the 4th, 1-2 Anatomy of a Stitch $10- Learn to identify and fix mistakes 
Saturday the 11th - 1-2 Seaming & Finishing $10 - mattress stitch, kitchener stitch & weaving in ends 
Saturday the 18th - 1-2 Magic Loop- FREE with purchase of any 40” needle - knit in the round with one long circular needle - never use DPNs again!

What's on YOUR wishlist?

From now until December 17th, you can come by the store (or email us!) to fill out a wishlist. The lists can either be left at the shop or given to a certain someone who might buy you a present. If those "certain someones" come by the shop on the 17th or 18th to purchase something from your list, they will receive a 15% discount on their purchase.

Other December sales:
On the weekend of the 10th/11th, all Christmas colored yarn - Red, Green or White - will be 20% off (excluding consignment yarns).

LAST MINUTE GIFT SALE!
We will be open 11am - 3pm on Christmas Eve for last-minute gift purchases. Buy a $25 gift certificate for only $20, and all non-gift certificate purchases will come with a free, locally made reusable fabric gift tag.

We're almost ONE YEAR OLD!

So, we opened on the day after Thanksgiving in 2010. We will be holding our One Year Anniversary party the day before Thanksgiving this year - Wednesday November 23rd, and a Black Friday sale two days later- the 25th. Join us as we celebrate our first year of yarn-indulging-awesomeness!

Each yarn-inspired Valentine at our counter contains a discount, ranging from $2 off your purchase to 30% off any item (some exclusions), to free (used) knitting needles and 10% off your entire purchase! Crochet Hat Class - Sunday October 2nd, 1-3 pm. Free with purchase of worsted weight yarn, bring a size I crochet hook

Baby Surprise Jacket Knit-Along, Thursdays from 3-4. Free with purchase of yarn. You must supply a copy of the pattern, by Elizabeth Zimmerman.

WEEKDAY CLASSES
Noon Knitting - Thursdays, noon - get individualized instruction for $10/hour. Come every week, or just once! Drop in any time- no need to pre-register.

STANDARD 3-WEEK CLASSES
Beginning Knitting, $30, Saturdays the 8th, 15th and 22nd - 1pm - bring size 7 or 8 needles and worsted weight yarn

2-Color Mittens, $30, Saturdays  the 8th, 15th and 22nd - 2pm - bring two colors of worsted weight yarn and size 6 circular needles (either two circulars or one 40" long)

Raglan Sweater Class, $30, Saturdays the 8th, 15th and 22nd - 3pm - Child or Adult size - bring light worsted or dk yarn (our new KnitCol yarn would be great for child's sweater! Try Cascade 220 Superwash for adult sizes), size 6 and 4 circular needles, and stitch markers.
