Palouse Prairie Charter School

The fifth and sixth graders at Palouse Prairie Charter School in Moscow are changing the world! The whole class has been finger knitting and crocheting scarves to raise money to send to Haiti. On Tuesday, I went to their class and taught them to knit (with semi-sharpened pencils) so they can progress in their skills. Next week, I'll pick up all their completed swatches and sew them into one striped scarf. What an awesome group of kids!

  1. A really clever idea - good on you for helping out those children (kids are baby goats, remember?, LOL). I'll bet it will be greatly appreciated by some lucky person.
